Replacement Policy

This page explains replacement-only support for Print Ur Vibe orders, especially custom products.

1. Replacement Eligibility

  • Wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of issue, packaging, and shipping label for verification.
  • Approved claims are handled as replacement only, subject to stock availability and verification.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Customised, personalised, and made-to-order products are not covered for size choice, colour expectation, or change-of-mind issues.
  • Used, washed, altered, or customer-damaged items are not eligible.
  • Minor variation in print placement, finish, or screen colour is not treated as defect by itself.

3. How to Request Replacement

Email prathameshnatu@natusparkpvtltd.com with order number, issue summary, and supporting images or videos. Our team will review claim and confirm replacement steps if approved.

Do not send product back without written confirmation from our team.

4. No Refunds Or Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for these orders.
  • We do not accept return requests for preference-based reasons.
  • Support outcome for approved claims is replacement only.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before production, packing, or shipment starts.
  • Once custom order enters production or dispatch, cancellation is not available.
  • If you need urgent help, contact support immediately after placing order.

6. Size And Order Check

Review Size Guide carefully before ordering. Custom products are made against selected size and design choices.
