• Product images are illustrative and actual print placement, fabric tone, or finish may vary slightly.
• All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, or descriptive errors and to cancel affected orders when necessary.

4. Custom Designs and User Content

• You confirm that any text, artwork, logo, image, or design you upload is owned by you or properly licensed for use.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material.
• We may reject or cancel orders containing content that appears to violate intellectual property rights, law, or platform standards.

5. Order Acceptance and Fulfilment

• An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders due to verification, stock, pricing, design, compliance, or delivery issues.
• Estimated delivery windows are indicative and may change because of production load, courier delays, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
• Shipment and support updates are generally shared through email, phone, WhatsApp, or your account area where available.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using their own terms and security systems.
• Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund rules are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy in addition to these terms.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or abusive refund behaviour may result in account restrictions and claim review.

7. Intellectual Property

• All site content, branding, graphics, text, layouts, and store assets are owned by Print Ur Vibe or used with permission.
• No material from the website may be copied, resold, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
